<br />~ <br /> <br />Lee Reid, 270 Liveoak Drive, Danville, also represented the <br />app~ication. He said he has never bui~t a storage faci~ity <br />before, but has a friend who has about 12,000 units in the Bay <br />Area. He is an expert in the placement of elevators and is <br />helping him with the project. He said the upper units are <br />smaller and designed for smaller items, such as boxes. There are <br />more units on top, but much smaller. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Hovingh, seconded by <br />commissioner Michelotti recommending approval of the Negative <br />Declaration prepared for Case PUD-9l-1 inasmuch as project <br />approval would have an insignificant adverse effect on the <br />environment. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />commissioners Hovingh, McGuirk, Michelotti, <br />Wright, and Chairman Mahern <br />None <br />Commissioner Horan <br />None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-91-20 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-91-1 <br />as motioned. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wright finding that the PUD development plan is <br />consistent with the General Plan and PUD Ordinance; and <br />recommending approval of Case PUD-91-1 subject to the conditions <br />of the staff report and listed in Exhibit B, along with the <br />following modification: <br /> <br />o That the first sentence of Condition 8 be deleted and <br />that the final driveway design be worked out between <br />staff and applicant. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Commissioners Hovingh, McGuirk, Michelotti, <br />Wright, and chairman Mahern <br />None <br />Commissioner Horan <br />None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-91-21 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of Case PUD-91-1 as motioned. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />MARCH 13, 1991 <br /> <br />Page 22 <br />
