<br />REVISED <br /> <br />KXNUTES <br />PLANNING COMHISSION <br />Pleasanton, CA <br /> <br />city counci~ Chambers <br />200 O~d Berna~ Avenue <br /> <br />WEDNESDAY, MARCH 13, 1991 <br />7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning commission meeting of March ~3, 1991 was called to <br />order at 7:20 p.m. by Chairman Mahern. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was recited. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Jack Hovingh, Hal McGuirk, Sharrell <br />Michelotti, Bob Wright (for Ron Horan), <br />and Chairman Marcelline Mahern <br /> <br />commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Ron Horan <br /> <br />staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Services; Roger Higdon, <br />Assistant Director of Public Works; <br />Michael Roush, City Attorney, and Terry <br />Birkenfeld, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of the February 27, 1991 were unanimously approved as <br />amended: <br />Page 15 - PUD-80-15-5D-3M, Pleasant Village Center - 3rd <br />paragraph: Commissioner Michelotti noted that it was Chairman <br />Mahern who had some concerns about the use of a band for the <br />grand opening. <br /> <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMHISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Mr. Swift requested that Tract 6400, Laurel Creek, be continued <br />to March 26.
