<br />~ Commissioner McGuirk also favored having the tot lot and the <br />meeting room. He felt that lots 1, 27, and 19 should be <br />eliminated. He felt the project was too dense as it is. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh favored the retention of unit 27, but <br />include four affordable units. Chairman Mahern and Commissioner <br />Michelotti objected to that and felt they did not wish to put in <br />a poor project for the sake of having affordable units.
