<br />~ A motion was made by Commi~ioner McGuirk, seconded by Commi~~ioner Lutz, <br />recommending to the City Council the adoption of the proposed Negative Declaration, <br />with a fmding of De Minimi~ impact, and the approval of Case GPA-94-01, clarifying <br />the text of the Circulation Element as shown in Exhibit "A." <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br />AYES: Commissioners Barker, Lutz, McGuirk, Dove and Chairman Wright <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hovingh <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-94-93 was entered and adopted recommending approval of the <br />Negative Declaration for Case GP-94-01, as motioned. <br />Resolution No. PC-94-44 was entered and adopted recommending approval of Case <br />GP-94-01, as motioned. <br /> <br />!h PUD-81-30-29M/PUD-85-8-11M. Application for PUD major modification to the governing Hacienda <br />Business Park PUD to: <br />a) reduce the allowed total gross floor area by 500,000 square <br />feet (from 10.389+ million to 9.889+ million square feet, <br />with a further reduction of 2.7 sq.ft. of office area for each 1 <br />sq.ft. of commercial area); <br />b) redesignate 149.909+ acres to a "Mixed Office/Industrial" <br />classification allowing lot-by-Iot flexibility in future building <br />height, floor area ratio (including a maximum of 60% FAR <br />for warehouse buildings), and landscape ratio; <br />c) redesignate 115.656+ acres to a "Mixed <br />Commercial/Office/Industrial" classification allowing lot-by- <br />lot flexibility in use as well as in building height, floor area <br />ratio, and landscape ratio (keeping the existing PUD <br />maximum development standards except allowing a <br />maximum of 30% FAR for commercial buildings and a <br />maximum of 60% FAR for warehouse buildings within the <br />Business Park); all commercial uses, including supermarkets, <br />on Lot 14A would be subject to City discretionary approval; <br />d) modify the "Design Guidelines" condition to specify <br />commercial site development standards to be equivalent to <br />other commercial projects in Pleasanton; <br />e) update, clarify, and amend certain traffic requirements to <br />conform to the General Plan Circulation Element for major <br />developments with the potential to exceed WS D by <br />providing a single study for development on the 29 specified <br />undeveloped lots containing approximately 266.922+ acres; <br /> <br />Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />August 31, 1994 <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />. <br />
