<br />8a. Future Planninl! Calendar <br />Commissioner Barker advised she will not be at the July 13th meeting. <br /> <br />8b. Actions of the City Council <br />Commissioner Hovingh inquired about the Gerald Thomas PUD modification. Staff stated <br />that the agreement reached at the Planning Commission was no longer valid at the time of <br />the City Council meeting. The Council requested them to try and work out their differences. <br />Since that meeting, a new agreement has been verbally made. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh inquired about the Mannie Joel/David Glenn situation. Staff stated <br />that Mr. Joel has had a geology firm evaluate the plans for the proposed road. The geology <br />firm found no problems, but advised that once the road bed is cut, it should be reevaluated. <br />Dr. Glenn asked for and received a continuance because he was unable to review the reports <br />at that time. <br /> <br />The City Council adopted the General Plan policy as recommended by staff. In the future, if <br />anyone is seeking to make a General Plan modification, staff will refer them to the General <br />Plan Committee for their review. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift also stated that the City Council had directed staff to make a clarification for the <br />General Plan that documents the process used since 1986 when reviewing applications for <br />traffic studies for large projects. <br /> <br />8c.
