ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Debra Barker, Jack Dove, Jack Hovingh, and Bob Wright <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />Harry Lutz and Chairman Hal McGuirk <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian Swift, Director of Planning; Roger Higdon, Assistant <br />Director of Public Works; Dennis Beougher, Assistant City <br />Attorney; and Terri Czapinski, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The draft Minutes of June 8, 1994, were approved as submitted. <br /> <br />~ MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY <br />ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Swift advised that Item 6a. UP-94-24, Patricia McInerney, was withdrawn from <br />consideration due to the application being incomplete; and Item 6<1.
