<br />~ room and including an expiration date for the permit, Commissioner Michelotti would <br />support the permit. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pinch is concerned that electrolysis is licensed by the State Cosmetology <br />Board and that beauty shops are not allowed in the home. He supports staffs <br />recommendation for denial. <br /> <br />In response to Chairman McGuirk, Mr. Swift stated that Condition 3 allows the permit to be <br />reviewed by the Planning Commission if major conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, <br />etc., arise. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift advised Commissioner Michelotti that the Commission could limit the use permit <br />or attach a sunset clause. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wright, seconded by Commissioner Michelotti, <br />approving UP-94-9, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "B" with the following <br />modifications: <br /> <br />Condition I: limit business to one room. <br />Condition 7: This use permit is not transferable to another address and will expire <br />two years from date of approval. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Michelotti, Wright, and Chairman McGuirk <br />Commissioners Hovingh, Finch <br />Commissioner Mahern <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-94-12 was entered and adopted approving UP-94-4 as motioned. <br /> <br />b.
