In response to Chairman McGuirk, Mr. Swift stated that Condition 3 allows the permit to be reviewed by the Planning Commission if major conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, etc., arise. Mr. Swift advised Commissioner Michelotti that the Commission could limit the use permit or attach a sunset clause.
