Mr. <br />Swift advised the Commission they had no legal course to make such a request. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh thanked staff for their work on Foothill Road at the quarry. <br /> <br />~ MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />There were none. <br /> <br />8B.. Future P1annine: Calendar <br />Planning Commissioners Institute: Commissioner Finch and Chairman McGuirk will be <br />attending. A decision will be made at the 2/23/94 meeting whether to cancel the 3/9/94 <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Mahem asked staff if the application from the Hacienda Owners Association <br />would include signage changes, and wouldn't it therefore be premature to look at Hacienda <br />signage before the Planning Commission signage subcommittee meets. Commissioner <br />Hovingh inquired if, after the subcommittee meets, the Planning Commission could reverse a <br />Hacienda decision. Mr. Swift advised the Commissioners they could change a decision only <br />if it was conditioned to allow it. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti inquired if the Steering Committee items were going to be added to <br />the agenda. Mr. Swift stated he recollected the Commission agreed they did not want a <br />separate agenda item for Steering Committee discussions. <br /> <br />Bh... Actions of the City Council <br />There were none. <br /> <br />~ Actions of the Zonine: Administrator <br />In response to Commissioner Hovingh, regarding Z-93-167, Mr. Swift advised that a portion <br />of the existing outdoor dining area of the Pleasanton Hotel will be brought into the public <br />sidewalk. This action also allows for outdoor service on the wooden walkway of the <br />Pleasanton Hotel. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner Michelotti's inquiry, Mr. Swift advised that the MS-94-01 <br />action was Oak Tree Farms, creating four parcels from the one parcel around the Currin <br />residence. This is the first step of phasing into future subdivision projects. <br /> <br />2. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were none. <br /> <br />!2.
