Tonv Chan <br />Application for a major modification to a PUD development plan approval to allow for <br />the removal of four existing heritage eucalyptus trees on property located at 1 Deer <br />Oaks Drive. Zoning for the property is PUn (planned Unit Development) - Low Density <br />Residential/Open Space District. <br /> <br />Continued to 1/26/94. <br /> <br />L. MA TIERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright advised that the five security lights at Bank of America (on Hopyard <br />Road and Stoneridge Drive) are very glaring and bright as compared to those at Wells Fargo <br />Bank across the street. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti advised that on the new section of Foothill Road heading north, the <br />asphalt median curbing is not very visible at night. She would like to see some reflective <br />paint applied to the end of the curb median to warn drivers that it is a curb and not a <br />roadway. Mr. Swift stated that there should be a reflective line painted along the curb. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh advised that big rig trucks are using West Las Positas Blvd. He <br />reiterated Chairman McGuirk's comments from a previous meeting about the inability to see <br />the lines southbound on Foothill Road near the quarry at night and reported that no reflective <br />buttons or striping have been installed. Mr. Swift commented that a work order has been <br />initiated for this project.
