MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS Commissioner Hovingh again indicated that the BMW dealership was not properly maintained. Commissioner Finch inquired if a residential garage located near F~thill and North Muirwood was in its permanent position. Staff indicated that was n</t the permanent location because grading had not been completed. In addition, a sound wall would be built that would also block the visibility of the garage. Chairman McGuirk again indicated that the Sports Park is a marsh. He inquired if the park is being over-watered, if there could be broken sprinkler lines, or if ,sprinkler heads are covered.
