Mr. Swift stated the Commissioners received a letter is evening from Mr. <br />James Paxson, Development Manager for Hacienda Business Park wners Association, <br />indicating their desire to be exempted from this ordinance, as well a copy of staff's <br />response to Mr. Paxson. Staff is not recommending this exemption Staff feels they have <br />met all the reasonable concerns of the business park, the proposed 1 al ordinance will be <br />easier to comply with than the State ordinance, there is less bureau cy involved, they will <br />save even more water, and the water will be just as easily monitor under the City's <br />proposal than what is required by the State ordinance.
