Mr. <br />Golob stated Congress has determined that women have the right to exercise in privacy. <br />This has been tested and approved by Congress. Mr. Golob stated at the staff report was <br />extremely well prepared and thorough, however, he questioned Con ition 6, in which he felt <br />that any conflict pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, etc., could be use for the conditional <br />use permit being revoked. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh pointed out that the Planning Director's d ision is appealable to the <br />Planning Commission, and the Planning Commission's recommend tions are also appealable <br />to the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />The Commission advised that if any problems arise, the Planning D tor and the Planning <br />Commission work closely with the applicant to mitigate problems. <br /> <br />Mr. Golob stated he had never been required to install soundproo g before a problem <br />existed, although he is willing to comply. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Minutes August 11, 1993 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br />
