Zoning for the <br />property is PUD (planned Unit Development) - I (Industrial) D' Oct. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of Case PUD-80-1-7M, and <br />approval of Case UP-93-25, subject to the conditions of the staff re rt. <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright asked if hours of operation had been extended for 1031 Serpentine <br />Lane. Mr. Swift responded that he did not recall if they are operati g after 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift clarified that the PUD modification would apply to all ch rch uses on sites that <br />abut Kolln Street. He noted that the conditional use permit is for th' s case only, and that <br />future applications would require a conditional use permit that woul come before the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />In response to Chairman Hovingh's question about the compressor 1 ted at 1051 Serpentine <br />Lane, Mr. Swift advised that staff is sending a letter to the owner ising that it was <br />installed without City approval and that they must make application or approval. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright noted that he had met with Mr. Liu approxim tely three weeks ago to <br />provide information regarding the public hearing process. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Minutes June 23, 1993 <br /> <br />Page 3 <br />
