Zoning for e property is C-C <br />(Central Commercial) Downtown Revitalization, Core Area Over y Districts. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of Case P-93-11 subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report. He called attention to the revised cond .ons which were <br />handed out tonight. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />David Bohlke, 790 Arguello Drive, San Leandro, represented the app ication. Mr. <br />Bohlke stated that 75 percent of the students are 15 years and younge . <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright referred to Condition 4.d. and asked Mr. Bohl e if limiting the total <br />number of students per week to 150 would create a problem for him. Mr. Bohlke did not <br />think that would be a problem and felt they could open another class n Saturday if <br />necessary . <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk pointed out to Mr. Bohlke that he would hav to again receive <br />approval should he wish to extend beyond the 150 students per week. Mr. Bohlke stated it is <br />too hard to tell right now whether that number will be reached or not <br /> <br />Chairman Hovingh asked the applicant if Mr. Bohlke will bring his S Leandro students to <br />Pleasanton.
