Commissioner Wright called staffs attention to the La Familia Re taurant and noted they <br />still have their Christmas lights up. <br /> <br />2. Commissioner Wright called attention to a pickup truck that parks on Pimlico Drive that <br />advertises a deli in the adjacent shopping center. He noted that it bl ks vision in driving <br />out of the center and asked if a red curb could be painted for at least 0 feet. Mr. Swift <br />replied that he thought the traffic department had already taken care that, but would call <br />their attention to it again. <br /> <br />3. Commissioner Mahem noted that she had been called by a conce ed resident who lives <br />near the old mortuary who wants to know if there is any plan for the acant property. Mr. <br />Swift replied that there was a plan some years ago for that property t be combined with <br />several adjacent lots for residential housing. However, it has not bee discussed for a long <br />time. He noted that the property is zoned for residential. Should an construction take place <br />on those lots and within the mortuary, it would have to come before e City for approval. <br /> <br />4. Commissioner Michelotti expressed thanks to staff for painting li s in an area of <br />Serpentine Lane that she had recently called attention to. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />~ UP-93-16. Lorv R. Rudd <br />Application for a conditional use pennit to establish a massage st dio within the existing <br />Total Eclipse Tanning Salon located at 4625 First Street, Suite 15. Zoning for the <br />property is PUD (planned Unit Development) - Commercial/Orne , Downtown <br />Revitalization and Core Area Overlay Districts. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of Case P-93-16 subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Lory Rudd, 4625 First Street, represented the application.
