Mr. Swift stated that none of the stree are supposed to bear fruit. trees or other street trees planted in the City Commissioners Michelotti and Mahem stated they would favor eli . ation of the south side landscaping and the soundwall on Rose Avenue as noted in Condi n 15. Commissioner Finch said he feels it is necessary to retain Conditio 19 in regard to the disclosure to relieve the City of any responsibility. He also would eliminate a soundwall on Rose Avenue. It was the consensus of the Commission that Conditions 17 and 19 hould remain. A motion was made by Commi"Sioner Mahern, seconded by Co . ioner Wright recommending approval of the Negative Declaration prepared ~ r Case PUD-90-12 inasmuch as project approval would not create any significant a verse effect on the environment. A motion was made by Commissioner Mahem, seconded by Commi sioner Michelotti making the PUD findings as listed in the staff report; and recommen ing approval of Case PUD-90-12 to the City Council, subject to the conditions of approv listed in Exhibit "B 00 , with the following modifications: o Modify Condition 15 to eliminllte the soundwalI on e south side of Rose A venue; and landscaping and automatic irrigation s stem shall be pursuant to City policy for City to maintain Iandsca ing.
