At one <br />time it was anticipated that large homes would simply wall off part f the house for a second <br />unit; some have been done in other cities, but not in Pleasanton. e second way to add a <br />unit would be to add onto an existing house by actually making a h use larger; the third way <br />would be to build a detached structure. Mr. Swift advised that in r gard to the proposed <br />application, no matter how a person looks at it, it is a legal unit. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Robert Byrd, 2117 Rheem Drive, represented the application.
