<br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, CA <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal A venue <br /> <br />Wednesday, September 23,1992 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of September 23, 1992, was call to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />by Chairman Hovingh. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was recited. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Gene Pinch (Alternate), Sharrell ichelotti, Marcelline <br />Mahern, Hal McGuirk, Bob Wri ht, and Chairman Jack <br />Hovingh <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian Swift, Director of Plannin <br />Services; Dennis Beougher, Assi <br />Terry Birkenfeld, Recording Sec <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The draft Minutes of September 9, 1992 were approved as submitted. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />MEETIN OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE <br />ADDR THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON A <br />NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />4,a. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />and Community <br />t City Attorney; and <br />tary <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Swift requested that Tentative Tract Map 6339 (One-Year Exten 'on), Silicon Valley <br />Bank, be continued to 10/14/92. The Commission agreed to this rest. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Mr. Swift also requested that Item 7.e. - Addition of Conditions to T ntative Tract Map <br />Extension Approvals, be continued to October 28. The Commission greed to this request; <br />
