<br />Chairman Hovingh stated he is still somewhat concerned about par . g; however, he felt if it <br />became a real problem that the number of students and teachers coul be limited. He is not <br />that concerned about noise, but is somewhat concerned about kids loi ring in the back <br />parking area. In regard to the landscaping of the back lot, he is mor inclined toward staffs <br />recommendation, but can support the applicant.
