<br />Commissioner Wright felt all the issues in regard to parking have bee resolved. He agreed <br />with the other commissioners regarding landscaping and felt that land ping of only the end <br />planters would be sufficient. In regard to the hours of outdoor play tivities, he felt that <br />9:00 pm was appropriate for the summer months, but would like to ndition them to be <br />only the months of June, July, and August. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Chairman Hovingh stated he is still somewhat concerned about parkin; however, he felt if it <br />became a real problem that the number of students and teachers could be limited. He is not <br />that concerned about noise, but is somewhat concerned about kids loi ring in the back <br />parking area. In regard to the landscaping of the back lot, he is mor inclined toward staff's <br />recommendation, but can support the applicant.
