Schibler <br />Appeal of a decision of the Zoning Admini~tor denying an app 'cation for a variance <br />from the Municipal Code to reduce the required fence setback fo a street side yard of <br />the residence located at 4298 Fairlands Drive. Zoning for the pr rty is R-I-6,500. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending denial of Case A -92-101V-92-7. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk asked Mr. Swift for clarification as to why a variance is necessary. <br />Mr. Swift said the Code was modified some years ago to make the se back 5 ft. from street <br />side of a property. That 5 ft. dimension starts, according to the Cod , a distance of 15 ft. <br />back from the point of the house closest to the front yard.
