<br />~ <br /> <br />RQLL CALL VOTE <br />A YES: Commissioners Horan, Mahem, McGuirk, Wright, d Chairman Hovingh <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Michelotti <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-92-42 was entered and adopted recommending a proval of the Negative <br />Declaration prepared for Case PUD-92-3 as motioned. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Mahem, seconded by Comm ssioner Wright making <br />the PUD findings for the proposed development plan as listed in the staff report; and <br />adopting a resolution recommending approval of Case PUD-92-3 su ~ect to the conditions <br />listed in Exhibit "B" with the following modifications: <br /> <br />o Modify Condition 8 - The applicant shall take the sig age program back to the <br />Design Review Board and reapply for individual chan elletters; <br />o Modify Condition 9 - That the applicant shall provide for underground cable; <br />o Modify Condition 14.3. - That the applicant shall pos cash or other security <br />satisfactory to the Planning Director for $5,000 for ch tree to be preserved <br />and remove the reference to the "maximum of $25, "; and <br />o Condition 38 - That the original Condition 38 be used in regard to the <br />sidewalk, not the revised Condition 38. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Horan, Mahem, McGuirk, Wright, d Chairman Hovingh <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Michelotti <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-92-43 was entered and adopted recommending a proval of Case <br />PUD-92-3 as motioned. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br /> <br />p- 1- M h mi A i I H i <br />Application for PUD development plan approval to construct a t tal of 29 residential <br />dwelling units on an 18.6 acre site located at the southeast corne of the Sunol <br />Boulevard intersection with Interstate Highway 680. The City C uncil has initiated a <br />General Plan Amendment to the Low Density Residential desi tion and a rezoning to <br />the PUD (Planned Unit development) - Low Density Residential ning designation.
