She did not think the patrons of Popi Lounge even park back in the restricted area, as there is plenty of parking by the lounger it elf. She noted that all the lots are well-lit and there should be no danger if the chain is un ked until 9 p.m. She also noted that the kids take the chain down. She felt it was quite a distance from the No- Sweat Salon to the other parking lot. She further noted she has spe t over $1,200 in trimming trees and shrubs in that area, and said Portfolio Property ould not tell people they have no money for that. In response to Commissioner Horan's question, Ms. David said the hain is not locked, but hooked.
