A motion was made by Commissioner Mahem, seconded by Com issioner Wright making the PUD findings for the proposed development plan as listed in th staff report; and adopting a resolution recommending approval of Case PUD-92-3 s bject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "B" with the following modifications: o Modify Condition 8 - The applicant shall take the sig age program back to the Design Review Board and reapply for individual ch nelletters; o Modify Condition 9 - That the applicant shall provid for underground cable; o Modify Condition 14.3. - That the applicant shall po t cash or other security satisfactory to the Planning Director for $5, ()()() for ch tree to be preserved and remove the reference to the "maximum of $25, "; and o Condition 38 - That the original Condition 38 be us in regard to the sidewalk, not the revised Condition 38.
