<br />~ <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh stated that he believes there is some merit <br />clauses, but that he is not sure that the Planning Commission sho <br />or endorsing this General Plan Amendment. <br /> <br />n some of the "Whereas" <br />take a position opposing <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk stated that to some extent he does not feel the resolution goes far <br />enough. He advised that he looks at this issue like any other plan at comes before the <br />Planning Commission, and he feels that what he sees here is not at he wants to see. He <br />advised that he thinks there is a lot of "open-endedness" to the pi <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti stated that she questioned the use of the ord" specific" in the last <br />"Whereas" clause and advised that she would not have a problem eleting it. <br /> <br />Chairman Mahem stated that she sees no sense in changing anythi g in the draft resolution <br />and that she feels it stands on its own merits and that it is accurate <br /> <br />Commissioner Horan questioned the campaign literature written b opponents to Measure K <br />and the similarity to the resolution. Chairman Mahern advised th she had prepared the <br />campaign literature.
