Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br />Office District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of C PUD-89-14-lD, subject <br />to the conditions of the staff report. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Dr. Craig Sjoberg, 4713 First Street, Pleasanton, represented the application and called <br />attention to a letter passed out tonight. He went into great detail stating that he has enjoyed <br />the process and learning experience he has been through in attem ting to build a structure. <br />He presented a small model of the structure to the Commission d further described the <br />layout to them. He noted that the tree report shows the building can be safely placed seven <br />ft. from the dripline. In actuality, he intends to put it 10ft. awa for extra protection. He <br />disagreed with the staff report' s assertion that the tree would be aged if the structure is <br />not moved further than 10 ft. away from the dripline.
