He reiterated that the limbs could be tied back until the roof is on and had no reservations in approving the building location in regard to the trees. Dr. Sjoberg returned to the podium and addressed a number of th conditions: Condition 2 _ he wished to delete; Condition 4.a. - leave open as to plant types requested by Mr. Dutchover. Condition 6 - he questioned why the $5,000 bond to be in place for a period of three years. Condition 13 - he noted that this has already been taken care of. He asked permission to put "courteous parking stripes" in the parking area. Condition 19 - he would like for the landscape architect, Mr. Dutchover, to be able to ban e this item. Condition 23 - He asked that if there are going to be requests for a traffic study that this be done within a year, as he felt the condition was not appropriate; he favored 7,4 sq. ft. rather than 4,500 sq. ft. as noted in the condition. Chairman Mahern asked Mr. Swift to clarify Condition 23 and the parking situation. Mr. Swift explained the matter relating to parking and noted that Mr. 'oberg would like to go to 7,400 sq. ft. of medical office if the ordinary City rules are appli to that 7,400 sq, ft. He further noted that there is some flexibility in the PUD. Commissioner Hovingh questioned the applicant as to whether a d ntal hygienist might possibly come to work within his office confines as an independen contractor. Mr. Sjoberg indicated it was possible, but not likely to happen. Commissioner McGuirk questioned Mr. Sjoberg as to why he felt e needed 11 patient chairs. Mr. Sjoberg explained that he needs six chairs or rooms fi r immediate use; six chairs or rooms that can be cleaned while others are being used; d one for emergency use. Commissioner Hovingh briefly commented on the parking spaces d felt that parking as noted by the applicant would be adequate.
