He presented a small model of the structure to the Commission and further described the layout to them. He noted that the tree report shows the building be safely placed seven ft. from the dripline. In actuality, he intends to put it 10 ft. away r extra protection. He disagreed with the staff report's assertion that the tree would be ed if the structure is not moved further than 10 ft. away from the dripline.
