Also to be reviewed is compUance with th original use permit for <br />the waste transfer station. Anita Davidson <br />Application for Planned Unit Development rezoning and develo ment plan approval for <br />a 4 lot single-family residential subdivision on an approximately 1.03 acre site located at <br />1635 Rose Avenue. Zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultu l) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending denial of Case UD-91-05. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Mike Farrell, architect for the project, 1984 Railroad Avenue, Liv <br />application.
