<br />Resolution No. PC-92-1 was entered and adopted recommending a proval of Case Tentative <br />Map Tract 6452 as motioned. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, and seconded b Commissioner McGuirk <br />that staff review the conditions as suggested by Commissioners H vingh and Wright, and get <br />a memo back to the Commission so that each Commissioner may eview it and make <br />individual comments to the City Council. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Hovingh, McGuirk, Michelotti, Wri ht, and Chairman Mahern <br />None <br />None <br />Commissioner Horan <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-92-2 was entered and adopted recommending a roval of staff review of <br />the conditions suggested for Case Tentative Map Tract 6452. <br /> <br /> <br />Chairman Mahern thanked Commissioner Hovingh for taking so <br />preparing the additional suggestions. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />UP-91-85. Brian and Wendv Lvnch <br />Application for a conditional use permit to allow a secondary nit to be installed within <br />an existing single-family residence located at 611 Windmill La . Zoning for the <br />property is POD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Densit Residential District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of C e UP-91-85 subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report. He called attention to a letter from avid and Deborah <br />Clausen who expressed concerns about the case. He also pointed ut that two new <br />conditions have been added: <br /> <br />(1) That only one residential unit on the subject property may be nted. The other unit shall <br />be owner-occupied. (2) That upon removal of the stove, the app cant shall notify the <br />Planning Director. From the date of that notice, this conditional se permit shall expire and <br />be of no further force and effect. He also clarified that only two persons may occupy the <br />unit because of the very small size.
