A motion was made by Commissioner Hovingh, seconded by Co issioner McGuirk making the PUD fmdings for the proposed major modification as I sted in the staff report and recommending approval of Case PUD-87-11-IM, subject to the co ditions of the staff report with the following modifications: o Condition 3 - That the words "of the surrounding" e replaced with "on any"; o That the RV's would not be parked on Pimlico Dri o That Condition 8 be modified to allow the applicant to submit a conceptual landscape plan within three months of occupancy, ile at the same time a performance bond will be in place; and o Modify Condition 7.c. to allow the word "Showcas " to be retained, along with Guaranty RV Centers, to the satisfaction of th Planning Director.
