Main Street in the Town of Pleasanton. The Chief of police shall cause the curbs on Spring Street for said distance to be plainly marked with red paint and signs "No parking,, painted on the curbs or the pavement adjacent thereto. SECTION ll: It shall be unlawful for any person to cause any vehicl~ ~o make a turn of one hundred eighty degrees (180o) (commonly called a U turnl at the intersection of ~Iain and St. Marys Street or at the intersection of Main and Spring Streets in the Town of Pleasanton. SECTION 12: It shall be unlawful to repair automobiles or other v~hi'c~'es upon any street in the Town of pleasanton except- ing only for the purpose of making emergency repairs. SECTION 13: It shall be unlawful for any person to con- duct any b~siness in or from any vehicle while the same is parked or left standing upon any street in the Town of pleasanton. SECTION 14: It shall be unlawful for any person to park, stand, operate or move an~7 vehicle or other object upon any street in the Town of Pleassnton in such a manner as to damage, injure or interfere with any shade tree or other tree growing along the side- walks or streets of the Town of pleasanton, or growing upon property adjacent to streets of the Town of pleasant on. SECTION 15: It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle or ~0 lead or drive any animal over the curb ~f any street or on or across any sidewalk in the Town of pleasanton other than at places where regular driveways have been constructed or provided or where the sidewalk and curb have been properly protect- ed against breakage by a suitable covering of planks or other material securely fastened. SECTION 16: It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or drive a~y vehicle over or across any pavement or sidewalk newly laid or repaired, around or across which there has been placed a barrier or a sign warning persons against riding or driving over such pavement or a sign stating that the street is closed. The provisions of this section shall not apply to employees actually engaged in the paving or repairing of such pavement. SECTION 17: It shall be unlawful for any person to permit or allow any ~'ree, vine or shrub, or to cause any tree, vine or shrub to grow upon his property in such a manner that the branches thereof shall extend over any sidewalk or street in the Town of pleasanton in such manner as to interfere with any person lawfully using any such sidewalk or street in the Town of pleasant on. SECTION 18: It shall be unlawful for any person to place or constru'~ any ob"Struction in any gutter or drainage ditch in the streets of the Town of pleasanton. SECTION 19: It shall be unlawful to alter or change any curbs or ~'tt'ers in 'the Town of pleasanton without first obtaining the permission of the Superintendent of Streets of the Town of Pleasanton. SECTION 20: It shall be unlav~ful for any person to park or leave stan'd'ing upon any street of the Town of pleasanton any truck used for the transportation of gasoline or any other fuel used for the operation of combustion motors, or fuel oil, excepting only while such truck is making a delivery of or loading such a product in the usual course of business.
