The development standards for open structures, e.g., patios, arbors, porte cocheres, <br /> etc., would be those outlined under Section 18.84.120, Projections Into Yards, of <br /> the Pleasanton Municipal Code. All fencing and Class II accessory structures shall <br /> adhere to the setbacks for the R-I-20,000 zoning district as specified in Section <br /> 18.84 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. All accessory structures or additions over <br /> 10 feet in height shall be subject to the City's Administrative Design Review <br /> process. <br /> <br /> d. All future improvements to the property shall be processed in accordance with <br /> Section 18.20, Design Review, of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> f. Provide tree protection notes for the existing trees. <br /> <br /> d. Corrections to Plan set: <br /> I. Revise plans to contain a fresh-air ventilation and/or air-conditioning system <br /> that allow the residence to maintain closed windows for noise and dust <br /> control. All windows facing the RMC Lonestar plant shall be dual-paned. <br /> <br /> II. Revise plans to contain a final lighting plan for the building site and site <br /> covered by this approval to the Planning Director for review and approval <br /> before issuance of building permits. All outdoor lighting shall be low <br /> intensity, cut-off style fixtures and shall be directed away from adjacent <br /> residences.
