The proposed development shall conform s bstantially to the <br />site plan, floor plan, and applicants' sta ement of operations <br />dated November 23, 1993, Exhibit A (dated "Received November <br />23, 1993"), on file with the Planning De artment, except as <br />modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. The karate classes shall be conducted a described by the <br />applicant with the following stipulations <br /> <br />a. The hours of operation of the schoo shall be limited <br />from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the we days and 9:00 a.m. <br />to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays. The class s on weekdays shall <br />begin only at 5:30 p.m. <br />b. The total number of students in a reg lar class shall not <br />exceed thirty-five (35). The total n mber of students in <br />any adult class shall not exceed fif een (15). <br />c. The total number of employees shall e limited to three <br />(3) at any given time at the school. <br />d. All classes, whether regular or spec aI, or the monthly <br />sessions, shall be separated by a f'fteen (15) minute <br />interval between them. <br />e. The doors of suite A shall be kept un ocked at all times <br />the school is in operation. <br /> <br />3. If any changes in the karate studio or ad itional activities <br />beyond those proposed by the applicants re desired, prior <br />City review and approval is required. Requests for <br />modification of the use permit shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director. Requested change may require a <br />modification of the use permit or, upon d termination of the <br />Planning Director, a new use permit may b required. <br /> <br />4. If the operation of the use results i major conflicts <br />pertaining to parking, noise, class size, ours of operation, <br />traffic, or other impacts, at the discret'on of the Planning <br />Director, this conditional use permit may be referred to the <br />Planning commission for subsequent review a a public hearing. <br />If necessary, the Commission may modify 0 add conditions of <br />approval to mitigate such impacts, or m y revoke the said <br />conditional use permit. <br />
