Approves Case UP-93-78, the a plication of Grant <br />Tabuchi and stephen pfingsten for a conditional use <br />permit to establish a martial (ka ate training) arts <br />facility for children and adults loc ted at 243 "A" Main <br />street, subject to the conditions hown on Exhibit "B" <br />attached hereto and made part of thi case by reference. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMI SION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 8TH DAY OF DECEMBER 1993 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />section 2.
