All roads on the site are designated as f're apparatus access <br />roads by the Fire Chief and must be maint ined in accordance <br />with section 2.01 of the Uniform Fire Cod and be accessible <br />at all times from the start of constructi n until the project <br />is completed. <br /> <br />36. The separated sidewalk along Rheem Drive s all match the width <br />of the Rheem Drive sidewalk to the east. <br /> <br />37. <br /> <br />The developer's contractor(s) shall obt <br />permit from the City Engineer prior to mov <br />equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />38. <br /> <br />The applicant shall meet all requirement <br />Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanto <br /> <br />in an encroachment <br />ng any construction <br /> <br />of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code). <br /> <br />39. The site shall be kept free of fire hazar s from the start of <br />construction until the final inspection. <br /> <br />40. Fire apparatus access roads shall have an unobstructed width <br />of not less than 20 feet and unobstructed vertical clearance <br />of not less than 13 feet 6 inches.
