The plan conforms to the purpose of the PUD <br />District: <br /> <br />The subject proposal is consiste t with the PUD <br />District purpose of encouraging evelopment of <br />infill parcels. Recommends approval of Case PUD-90-20-1M, the <br />application of the DeSilva Group/Hell r Seasonings for <br />a major modification to an approved P D Development <br />Plan to replace 15 townhome units wi 15 small-lot <br />single-family residential units and dify the <br />previously approved house plans for site located at <br />the southwest corner of the Rheem Dri e/Oakland Avenue <br />street intersection, subject to the onditions shown on <br />Exhibit "B," attached hereto and mad part of this case <br />by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
