The plan is in the best interest of the public <br />health, safety, and general welf re: <br /> <br />The proposed development is an i fill project <br />which would be generally consist nt with <br />surrounding development in the v'cinity. The <br />proposed development would meet ity design <br />standards for street and utility design. Existing <br />utility systems are in place and have sufficient <br />capacity to serve the new units. The plan <br />incorporates measures which woul mitigate noise <br />impacts for future residents. <br /> <br />2.
