<br />Resolution No, PC-93-59 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That the proposed conditional u~e will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisio~s of this chapter. <br /> <br />The conditional use is required to comply with all <br />applicable sections of the Munic pal Code governing <br />properties zoned Service Comme cial. staff has <br />recommended, and the planning C mmission may add, <br />other conditions for the operat'on of the proposed <br />HVAC business which would f rther ensure its <br />compliance with the zoning rdinance and its <br />objectives. By complying wit the recommended <br />conditions of approval, the app ication would meet <br />the criteria for receiving a con itional use permit <br />and would, therefore, comply wit the intent of the <br />Zoning Ordinance. As with an use permit, the <br />permit for this business can be suspended or <br />revoked if the conditions are n t met. <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categoriC11Y exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Enviro mental Quality Act <br />(CEQA); and <br />, <br />WHEREAS, the planning commission determined 1that the proposed <br />conditional use, as conditioned, is ppropriate for the <br />site. <br />i <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THEICITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />, <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case UP-93-57, the a lication of Doug <br />Parchman Heating and Air Conditionin for a conditional <br />use permit to allow the operati n of a heating, <br />ventilation, and air conditioning s op in an existing <br />multi-tenant service commercial building located at 3657 <br />Old Santa Rita Road, suites C & , subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attac ed hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
