<br />Resolution No. PC-93-58 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Although the retail store also ould operate as a <br />consignment store for the sale of used clothing, <br />customers leaving clothing on consignment would <br />patronize the store in a nner similar to <br />purchasing customers: clients w uld utilize nearby <br />on-street parking and make indi idual arrangements <br />with the store owner for resa e of clothing and <br />purchase prices. Clothing is ot "dropped off." <br />Therefore, the store would ap ear as a typical <br />retail store and it would not be outwardly apparent <br />that the store accepted clot ing for sale on <br />consignment. The store's p evious years of <br />consignment sale operations in the Downtown area <br />attest to its similarity to oth r retail clothing <br />stores. This resolution shall become effec ive 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appe led prior to that <br />time. <br />
