Prior to occupancy, the landscape archite shall certify in <br />writing to the Planning Director that the 1 ndscaping has been <br />installed in accordance with the appro ed landscape and <br />irrigation plans with respect to size, num er, and species of <br />plants and overall design concept, (Appli s to commercial.) <br /> <br />14. The developer shall adjust any sprinkler he ds to direct water <br />away from any existing monument sign while ensuring complete <br />irrigation coverage of the landscaping aro nd the sign. <br /> <br />15. The location of any pad mounted trans forme s shall be subject <br />to approval by the Planning Director pri r to issuance of <br />permits by the Building Department. Such ransformers shall <br />be screened by landscaping or contained w'thin an enclosure <br />matching the building and with corrugated metal gates. All <br />transformers shall be shown on the pl ns submitted for <br />issuance of building permits. The develop r shall attempt to <br />locate transformers at the rear of the sit . <br /> <br />16. All backflow prevention devices installed w th the development <br />shall be painted forest green (pantone C lor System Number <br />2030) and shall be screened with shrubbe y. The shrubbery <br />shall be of a species and planted t a density to <br />satisfactorily screen the device and sha 1 be designed to <br />blend with adjacent landscaping. All suc devices shall be <br />shown on the plans submitted for issuance 0 building permits. <br />The adequacy of such screening shall be determined by the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of bui ding permits. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />All building and/ or <br />codes and ordinances <br />will issue permits. <br /> <br />structural plans mus <br />in effect before the B <br />I <br /> <br />comply with all <br />ilding Department <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />The developer shall submit two copies of th <br />to the Director of Building Inspection fo <br />review and shall pay for such review at th <br />the Director, but in all cases before <br />grading permit. <br /> <br />site soils report <br />third party peer <br />time specified by <br />he issuance of a <br /> <br /> <br />19.
