Any solid fencing <br />shall be kept west of the Jorgensen Lane intersection <br />with the frontage road. A specif c landscape plan <br />showing how this requirement will be ddressed shall be <br />submitted for review and approval in c njunction with any <br />house plan application. <br /> <br />d. The existing topography of the site sh 11 be retained to <br />the greatest extent possible. Any fut re homes shall be <br />designed to conform to the natural to ography and split <br />level house designs shall be used as 0 posed to flat pad <br />grading if necessary to achieve this 0 jective.
