All existing septic tanks or holding tanks hall be removed or <br />sealed, filled, and abandoned, pursuant to he requirements of <br />the Alameda County Department of Health Se vices. <br /> <br />54. Electric power distribution, gas distribu ion, communication <br />service, Cable television, and any requ red alarm systems <br />shall be installed underground in a jo'nt utility trench <br />unless otherwise specifically approved by e city Engineer or <br />Director of Building Inspection for on-si e. <br /> <br />60. The developer shall be responsible for the 'nstallation of the <br />street lighting system serving the develo ment.
