<br />Resolution No. PC-93-53 <br />Page 14 <br /> <br />53. All existing septic tanks or holding tanks hall be removed or <br />sealed, filled, and abandoned, pursuant to he requirements of <br />the Alameda County Department of Health Se vices. <br /> <br />54. The haul route for all materials to and fr m this development <br />shall be approved by the City Engineer pri r to the issuance <br />of an encroachment permit. <br /> <br />55. The developer shall submit an erosion and sedimentation <br />control plan or procedure as part of the 'mprovement plans. <br />Grading completed prior to October 15 shall be revegetated and <br />stabilized by October 15. Grading comple ed between October <br />16 and April 15 shall be revegetated and r stabilized as soon <br />as possible after completion of grading. <br /> <br />56. The developer shall submit a dust control p an or procedure as <br />part of the improvement plans. <br /> <br />57. storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, out alls, and channels <br />not within the area of a dedicated publi street or public <br />service easement approved by the City ngineer shall be <br />privately maintained as approved by the c'ty. <br /> <br />58. The design of the water supply and sani ary sewer systems <br />shall be subject to the review and app oval of the city <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />59. Electric power distribution, gas distribu ion, communication <br />service, Cable television, and any requ red alarm systems <br />shall be installed underground in a jo'nt utility trench <br />unless otherwise specifically approved by e city Engineer or <br />Director of Building Inspection for on-si e. <br /> <br />60. The developer shall be responsible for the 'nstallation of the <br />street lighting system serving the develo ment. The street <br />lights shall be 70 watt, high pressure odium vapor units <br />mounted on galvanized steel poles with pou ed in place bases, <br />on the LS-1C schedule per city requir ments and P.G.&E. <br />standard details, unless otherwise spec' fically approved. <br />Approval for the number, location, and t pe of electroliers <br />shall be subject to the review and app oval of the city <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />61. <br /> <br />Any damage to existing street improvements <br />on the subject property shall be repaired <br />of the City Engineer at full expense to t <br />shall include slurry seal, overlay, or st <br />if deemed warranted by the city Engineer. <br /> <br />uring construction <br />o the satisfaction <br />e developer.
