PC-93-42 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE P <br />CASE UP-93-38, THE APPLICATION OF CLIFFOR <br /> <br /> <br />AS FILED UNDER <br />ZUCCO, D.V.M. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Clifford A. Zucco, D.V.M., has appli d for a conditional <br />use permit to allow the operation of a veterinary clinic <br />in an 1,800 square foot tenant spa e located at 5480 <br />Sunol Boulevard in the Oak Hills Sho ping Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-N (Neig borhood Commercial) <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at their duly noticed public hearin <br />the Planning Commission considered a <br />relevant exhibits and recommendatio <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission made the fo lowing findings: <br /> <br />of July 28, 1993, <br />1 public testimony, <br />s of the City staff <br /> <br /> <br />1.
