WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categori ally exempt from the requirements of the california Envir nmental Quality Act (CEQA)i and WHEREAS, the Planning commission determine that the proposed conditional use, as conditioned, will be compatible with the surrounding uses and properties NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: CITY OF PLEASANTON section 1. Approves Case UP-93-42, the appli ation of Gordon Jue for a conditional use permit to es ablish a taekwon-do studio located at 6654 Koll Center Parkway, suite 165, within a portion of an existing r tail center (Bernal Plaza) at the Bernal corporate Pa k , subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" att ched hereto and made part of this case by reference. section 2. This resolution shall become eff ctive 15 days after its passage and adoption unless ap ealed prior to that time.
