<br />Resolution No. PC-93-39 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />As proposed, the massage studi will not alter in <br />any way the exterior of the of ice building so as <br />to detract from its architect ral features. In <br />addition, the massage studio will not interfere <br />with surrounding uses' abilit to operate. The <br />anticipated client demand wil not generate any <br />unusual demands on existing parking for the <br />building or the surrounding properties. As <br />conditioned, the proposed use will be compatible <br />with adjacent office uses ocated within the <br />building. The applicant can Iso be required to <br />mitigate future nuisances as a result of the <br />proposed use. <br /> <br />B. That the proposed location of he conditional use <br />and the conditions under which 't would be operated <br />or maintained will not be detri ental to the public <br />health, safety, or welfare, or aterially injurious <br />to the properties or improveme ts in the vicinity. <br /> <br />Given the proposed hours operation, the <br />projected number of clients, nd the size of the <br />business, staff feels the massage studio will not <br />impact surrounding uses. Als, the proposed use <br />will have adequate on and of -street parking to <br />meet project demand.
