trical Inspector of the Town of Pleasanton, to install or do the same; <br />Application for said permit shall be made in writing on a blank form <br />provided for that purpose, and said application shall set forth the <br />nature of the work to be done, the place where it is to be done, and <br />shall have attached thereto a detailed diagram or specifications which <br />shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the nature and character of <br />the work propose~ to be done, and to show that the law will be complied <br />with. <br /> <br /> .. ..~CT.!ON 4: When an application for a permit for the d~ing <br /> <br />or installing of any electrical wiring, equilment, appliances or elec- <br /> <br />trical work coming within the provisions and regulations of this <br />ordinance and the National Electrical Code adopted hereby, is made, the <br />person, firm or corporation making such application, shall, before such <br />permit is issued, pay to the Electrical Inspector, the following fees: <br /> <br /> For the inspection of electrical wiring in or about a new building <br />or structure, the sum of 10~ per outlet, with a minimum charge of $2.50 <br />for each building or structure. <br /> <br /> For the inspection of electrical wiring amad alteration, repair of, <br />Improvement of, or addition to, a building or structure, the ~um of <br />per outlet for the first 10 outlets, with a minimum charge of 50~ for <br />each inspection, and the sum of 10~ per outlet for each outlet in ex- <br />cess of 10 inspected at each inspection. <br /> <br /> For the inspection of the installation of electric motors of not <br /> <br />more than one horsepower, the sum of $1.00, and for each additional <br />horsepowe~ of any motor, the sum of 50~, providing that the maximum fee <br />for any one motor shall not exceed the sum of $2.50. <br /> <br /> For the inspection of the installation of electric display signs, <br /> <br />the sum of $2.50 for each such sign. <br /> <br /> SECTION.. 5: The Electrical Inspector is hereby authorized, <br />empowered and directed: <br /> <br /> First: To enforce all ordinances relating to electrical work and <br />electrical wiring and electrical equipment and appliances, in or <br />any building, structure or place in the Town of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Second: To supervise and inspect the installation of all electrical <br /> <br /> <br />
