JANE ONOJABI
· We had to move five games to Danville or San Ramon due to lack of field space.

· i'm a community volunteer for the 4H Club. We service youth kindergarten age through
age 13. We thank you that all plans have space for us,

· Our goals are leadership development through community service and involvement, and a
lot of it involves animals or end-market products of agriculture.

· Our motto is "learn by doing". We teach responsibility, money management and leadership.
The space could be used for classrooms, workshops or a place for public education. We've
had 102-year presence in this area and we'd like to see that continue.

CY MATIN
· Pleasanton is multicultural city, put emphasis on arts first and put the Cultural Arts Center in
the best location so that all cultures can use and enjoy it. It can be a place for meetings, an
exchange of ideas so it should be close to downtown and away from the highway.

· If it's in the Downtown (near the train station) it can bring economic vitality to the City.
People would be able to walk from the train station and see a show and have dinner and
such. The Downtown Association is asking for it. The City Commission is asking for it.

· We have lost 12 tennis courts recently. More lighted courts are needed.

DAVE REYNOLDS · Running trails should be gravel. It's cheaper.

· Soccer needs more fields.

· Arts Center is better up north than near the freeway.

· Squeeze some tennis courts near the Sports Park and put them in a long-term plan,

JULIE LEWIS
· I agree with Charlotte Severine move the Arts Center in the northeast corner and move
the sports park down.

· Don't put train station in the park, it's a waste of valuable space.

· The last thing we need is cars in the park. Encourage alternative forms of transportation by
putting parking underground and charging a fee.

· Maximize green space.

Bernal Property Town Meeting ISurnmaryRepor~-Apn111,2005 Pagel9
