Resolution NO. PC-92-98 Page 3 The project site has a number of existing public service easements for utility purposes. However, the design of the subdivision takes the locations of these easements into consideration and does not obstruct the city's access to or use of them. On Lot 71 an existing 15' wide Pacific Telephone and Telegraph easement would be vacated. Additionally, a 20' wide public service easement on this lot would also be vacated and the 18" sanitary sewer line wi thin this easement would be relocated to within the adjacent in-tract street. WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the tentative map adequately addresses the concerns given by the Planning commission for its denial of the previous plan and that the revised tentative map substantially conforms to PUD-91-17. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 01' PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Case Tract 6545, the application of Kaufman and Broad for a vesting tentative map to allow the subdivision of an approximately 17 acre parcel into 108 single-family residential lots and for remainder parcels consisting of roadways and park area located at 3801 Stanley Boulevard, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2.
