That the minimum grade for gutter fl wlines in public <br />streets be set at 0.5% unless otherwose approved by the <br />city Engineer. Grades less than 0.5 down to 0.3% shall <br />require special approval, submittal f as-built grade <br />sheet, and controlled flow testing. <br /> <br />7. That a separate water meter be provi ed to each lot of <br />record within the development unless otherwise approved by <br />the City Engineer. <br />
